Dominique, is an Award-Winning performing artist. Like every creative, she wears many hats, among them being musician, director, actor, writer, producer.
At the tender age of seven, playing concert level, Dominique's efforts to help vanquish poverty, gained prominence as she launched a campaign of a series of widely recognized benefit concerts in an effort to help end world hunger, receiving a proclamation from the mayor of her city, a letter from the President, as well as, letters from the London, New York and Philadelphia Philharmonic Orchestra's, to name a few. These efforts, led to many, accolades, esteemed events,
stage productions and television appearances, including Captain Kangaroo and Chief Halftown and Friends, many of which, partnered with her philanthropic goals, to raise funds to alleviate world hunger. A likely connection, as she has always sought to marry her talents to inspire hope, love and uplift.
Born in New York, raised in New York and New Jersey to hard working Haitian parents, Dominique credits this background and her faith for her robust self starting determination and eclectic artistry. Upon graduating University, via music scholarship, where she also studied acting, stage production, film and writing alongside with English, as a prerequisite for entertainment law, Dominique met, Fred Vassallo, who shared a passion for multi media productions for film and stage and they soon began running and directing their own production companies, including, serving as directors of a theater ministry, at the Madison Square Garden.
Later, they moved to California where Dominique worked along side, Fred Vassallo, with Bethel Music Kids. Her artistic direction can be seen on the Dove award winning albums and music videos.
You can see Dominique, as Sinclair, in the feature film, Bright Ones, that hit theaters nationwide in 2019 and is now available on all major streaming platforms. As a composer of many genres of music, her work in the gospel genre, is featured on the two time Dove award winning children’s album of the year, Bright Ones.
Currently, Dominique is developing a number of children's series, that will uplift and inspire children of all ages, in body, mind and spirit.
